It wasn't that PAC did not agree.....he did. Manny negotiated unlimited random urine testing where Floyd for whatever reason needed extremely aggressive blood testing......to the point that Floyd wanted the contracts to stipulate blood testing right up to the day of the fight which was really strange.

They don't even do that kind of heavy blood testing in the Olympics since it's an invasive......more expensive and of course NOT the best way to catch someone who is doping. Everyone knows random urine testing is the best and most efficient way to catch illegal substances in an athletes system. Just look at all of the dirty boxers who have been caught. None of them were caught with blood tests.....they were all caught with urine tests. That's how it is in the Olympics and all other professional sports as well.

Floyd didn't need to demand any extra testing....but since he did, why did he feel the need to be hard pressed on blood testing? If he really wanted the fight his special demands, insults and accusations didn't seem to tell the same story.

    doesn't matter what you believe.

I'm not sure how anyone could listen to Floyd over the years rant about Pac and not realize he was truly scared to get in the ring with him. As soon as anyone would bring up Pac, Mayweathers whole demeanor and tone would change. By his own admission, Floyd was "smart" and "concerned for his health." Let's not forget Floyd saying Manny, your next. A few days later he changed his tune saying he never said that and don't put words in his mouth. Whoever isn't blind or deaf should know that Floyd was/is scared of Pac and it's the reason the man who calls himself money doesn't want to make the most money of his career or fight the fight the whole world had been begging for for 5 years.

Why did Pacquiao insist on this very same type of testing for the Rios fight?

Floyd always had a penchant in avoiding risky fights.

PAC didn't run from anything the boxing commission required at any given time, FLOYD prima gayweather always demands some silly nonsense everytime and things don't go his way, he avoids such fights. Maidana is a joke, B level indeed...you could see his pmuches form a mile away and he's too slow vs PBF. Plus it's on numerous recorded videos that he himself the pound for pound KING LOL = GAYWEATHER admitted he's scared of PAC and many boxers and experts agree.

    1. memo worked early on with rios.

    2. one poster said it was to show the homo sapien Pac would do his test. Floyd did say, "Take the test and we have a fight."

....and surprise, surprise. Rios tested positive.

Well, it seems like Pacroid is a bit HYPOCRITICAL for walking away from the Mayweather fight over the issue of OSDT - only to insist on the same for the Rios fight....
