    A few explosive punches---
    Bob Foster flattening Mike Quarry with a left hook...Ouch!
    Of course Tommy Hearns massive right hand that nearly decapitated Roberto Duran.
    Jerry Cooney hitting Ken Norton with a series of tremendous blows and koing Norton.
    A prime Joe Louis timing a perfect right cross on the concrete chin of the Basque
    Paolino Uzcudun, that drove out Uzcudun's mouthpiece and some front teeth and
    ko'd the previously never kod Uzcudun...
    One of my favorite ko's was when the great MW at the time Jack Delaney kod Tiger Flowers TWICE in one bout. Yes twice...
    .....And when the great [yes I said great] 183 pound Jack Dempsey, shot a left hook
    UPWARDS and dropped the 250 pound Jess Willard to the canvas in the first round,
    flooring Jess Willard for the very first time in his career...A 65 pound difference....

    That was The Mother of all Punches.

    My working theory is that Holmes died upon impact that night. But he was hit so hard that when he struck the canvas the impact acted like an electric paddle upon his stopped heart, since the blow's reverberations were still coursing through his technically lifeless body.

    The opposing internal & external forces created "Zombie Holmes" that has been going strong for over 35 years!

    Razor Ruddock on Dokes.

    Razor Ruddocks three left hooks/uppercuts flush on Tysons chin

    Tyson Spinks, the final right hand which sent Spinks crashing backwards and eyes rolling to the back of his head.

    I like Tyson/Botha and Lewis/Rahman 2, Norris/Jackson purely for the sound effects.
