How do you feel about Cruz-Rigo!?!?!

great assessment. i'll just add...rigondeaux is not going to be able to circle and box the whole time. he's going to be forced to fight on the inside and he'll need to force santa cruz back sometimes to be successful. in a lot of ways this fight reminds me of cotto/margarito. i've not seen anyone force rigondeaux to fight on the inside yet. santa cruz might be the guy to do that.

 

You left out the word ." Now" prof. Frampton wants no part of Rigo "for now".
Of course he wants to refine his skills a bit more before risking so much against Rigo. You don't need to be a professor to work that out.

You talk of LSC fighting Rigo, no problem, but Carl is probably better than LSC and a bigger threat to Rigo that the fairly one dimensional LSC any day.

Rigo should handle LSc handily ..IF they ever do actually fight.
LSC is one of the biggest spoofers around. He'll fight Anybody... "... As long as its ok with my management".
The internet is full of videos of him calling out Quigg, Frampton, Rigo, blah blah...but who does he actually fight? Sparring partners!

Watched Cruz against that Puerto Rican fighter from a PPV or 2 ago and he didn't look good vs a mover and at times his feet and hands didn't look in sync with each other

I think he gets boxed badly but has an outside chance to hurt Rigo

They had try to force him, ask donaire, adbeko, teon, and even casey, I think everyone that had fought Rigondeaux a least went to the fight with that game plan, everything changed when they got hit and that's what will happen if lsc grows some balls and fight the Cuban...
