For pretty much his whole career Mayweather has routinely sparred 15 minute rounds with rotating sparring partners.
Now had Mayweather declined to fight because he claimed getting his blood taken would weaken him for 3 days or because he wanted to have a stadium built, no one would accusing the other guy of ducking. There are many real reasons to criticize Mayweather. However, it's at the point where he gets all the blame for any and everything.
