no, bobby, it's both sides for failing to agree on a cut-off. each made a suggestion the other refused, and we're not in a playground. although sometimes...

Must be true if Arum said it. Same thing has happened the last few PAC fights, after the fight he never mentions the fight.

Didn't he say let's fight for charity after already signing to fight Bradley?!!!
    Stadiums need to be built
No time for cuts to heal
    Cut offs
    No testing

It's all a big game that they are all involved in. The ******s are the ones that talk about it day after say, spouting the same **** over and over again like one party is guilty and the other is a hero who wouldn't dare lie to his beloved fans.

you know....the worst thing about religious fanatics is a case of the 'open mouth and the closed mind'

everybody 'knows what they are talking about' at the time....

Well Evander can easily flip his comment and say the same thing about Pacman.

I think both are to blame for the fight never materializing.

Why Holyfield wants to put the unilateral blame on Mayweather and only ostracize him and not Pacman doesn't make too much sense to me. He doesn't know the internal dynamics of their negotiations in the past, so for him to "assume" that the reason the fight hasn't gone down is solely FLoyd's fault is a bit irresponsible for Evander to be saying to the media.

And no offense to Holyfield who was a true warrior in the ring and quite exciting during his prime, but I have Mayweather and Pacman ranked higher than him in the ATG rankings. SO he's not really in a position to be saying anything negative about either man.

    which hills? clent? lickey?

the only irrefutable fact is that neither side could agree a cut-off. everything else is 1-eyed fanboy bull****, and you're right up there.

Floyd's always going to get judged more because he's the one beating his chest and wearing that 'TBE' hat, but both legacies should suffer equally

I'd like to see Pacman say these kind of things in the post fight interview right after the Algieri fight if he ends up winning.

I don't know if he will call Mayweather out though post-fight, it seems like he's become a bit programmed and mechanical with his responses when it comes to talking about future opponents. He tends to take the lazy way out and just defer those type of questions to his promoter. I remember when JMM called out FLoyd several years ago, and during 24/7 FLoyd mentioned JMM calling him out as the reason he ended up taking the fight.

I'd like to see Pacman do the same after the Algieri fight if he ends up beating him. I have a feeling he won't though, that's not Pac's M.O.
