Before we go crazy realize outside of Frazier, Norton, and Forman who did Ali beat....liston or Patterson
Frazier won the title 1 time and never won ot again.

    Look at mayweathers resume
    Beat undefeated Canelo
    Beat undefeated corrallis
    Beat undefeated Hatton
    Beat Castillo 2 times
    Beat Maidana 2 times
    Beat Shane Mosley
    Beat Zab Judah

I think Mayweather is the best of his generation but even that is in question. Pacquiao is from the same generation and was clear #2 (arguably #1) and they never fought. In 2009/ 2010, if they fought, it would most likely have been the biggest boxing match of all time. Because they never fought, both can claim they were the best of this generation and were better than each other.

Only Ali nuthuggers think he's a goat, while I have him as the #2 HW.

Only Floydweather nuthuggers think he's a goat.

None of them are ATG material.

Hatton is the best win on that list in terms of what he achieved as a fighter, and even he got brought up in weight.

Floyd just doesn't have that single, let alone NUMEROUS win(s) over ATG fighters. It's just statistics and triangle theories that his fans spout.

What will those fighters be remembered for now and in 20 years time? Other than Hatton, not a whole lot.

Outside of Pac, he's beaten the best fighters of his generation. Hardly any Tomato cans on his resume. 18 years undefeated. It's impressive

No it isn't. Which of these fighters are ATG material?

18 years undefeated and not ONE win over an ATG opponent? Laughable.

Just to compare, for example with Leonard
    Hagler
    Hearns,
    Duran,
    Benitez...need i say more :yep

    Ali beat:
    Foreman
    Liston 2x
    Frazier etc

I'm huge Floyd fan he is the best fighter of his generation, best ever no way SRR is the greatest, Floyd aint even close to top 5, if BHOP beats Kovalev i would not rate Floyd higher than BHOP.
IMO Floyd beats Pac, 10 times out of 10 BUT he didnt face best fighter not counting him, imagine if Ali didnt face second Foreman it would hurt his legacy, fact that he fought and beat Foreman did a great deal to his greatness.

And Fraizer's 1 win over Ali trumps this weak opposition !
