    or do you think he ponced around like a real contender, but didn't do enough to back it up on paper?

    The only thing that got robbed that night was the fans money after Dirrell decided he didn't fancy boxing anymore and instead decided to take up a career in athletics.

    There were plenty of site polls on who won the fight. Search and you will find every poll had Dirrell winning the fight.
    Froch is a cave man who always loses to superior boxers.:yep

    And that is why not even Lennox Lewis came to defend his championship in England.
    No real US champions ever come to England where their chances of getting robbed are astronomically high.

    Froch got a split decision "victory" in Nottingham. Anywhere else the decision would have went the other way. Dirrell fought his fight, he would have been a fool to stand and trade with Froch, although he landed the hardest shot in that fight.

    All I can say is, if/when Anthony receives word that he has to defend his belt in BumFuk England that he get his management to select neutral (non-english) judges and an American ref, and even then he needs to KO the giftless Grove to ensure his win in Robberstown ENgland.
