Froch is an arsehole full stop. Tough tough fighter, worthy world champion etc but still.... an arsehole. Listen, the first fight ended in a shambles. Groves leathered him for 6/7 rounds, Froch was doing all he could to soak it up - the man is near on made of iron - then we had the bull**** stoppage, hence the rematch. The rematch, Froch landed the hail mary of all right hands. Fair play to him. I had Groves up in the fight, but it was a close well contested fight. Froch was the man who landed the conclusive shot, hats off to him. Groves, he's a confident lad. He won more rounds against Froch in 2 fights than Froch won against him and was only put away by a "punch from the gods", of course he thinks he can still beat him. He's the only man to have hurt and punched Froch around the ring like a rag doll, nobody else has done that. At this moment in time though, he needs to forget about Froch.. put it to the back of his mind and concentrate on getting back on winning ways & working towards a world title. One thing is for sure though. Whether it's 2-0 Froch or what.... Groves v Froch sells more that Froch v Degale FACT.
He was very disrespectful to froch straight after! I still think I can beat him (you can't) then I think Carl is just jumping and falling around at the minute! In relation to his tumble show. He's having a well deserved break George lad! As froch says its 2-0 and why would he wanna fight groves again!
Also I think Groves would have gloated a lot more than froch if he had won by ko! He had every reason to feel aggrieved in the first fight, although lets be honest Froch probably would have stopped him! However it's the second fight evaluation that annoys me from George! He has said many times he was well ahead, no way was he! I had it level! Maybe even froch slightly ahead! Keeps going in was a punch from the gods! Like it was a gift! Get over it george you got your rematch and you KOd! To call froch out saying he still thinks he can beat him, is all crap! I used to like George he's such a talent but he needs to bloody move on!
Do agree, as much as it might be a bitter pill to swallow he needs to try and forget about Froch. Froch isn't giving him a third fight, no way.
