    His promoter, Goosen, knew Ward's style when he signed him to be his promotional agent. So, now you say it's OK if he does like Bob Arum did Rigo and not promote him by saying he's boring?
    GTFO here.
    They both knew what Ward was when he signed him. If he can't fulfill his end of the bargain then he should just call it quits and let Ward move on to some professionals who can promote him; Al Haymon & GBP. :yep

    What I'm saying is that he has to realize that most fans think hes boring and really chase dangerous fights so people will overlook his style. But instead hes happy sticking at 168 where hes already beaten everyone. If he went after Kovalev or Stevenson you better believe that people will tune in even if hes boring.

    Most of the fans think Mayweather and Hopkins are boring.
    See a trend here? These fans don't like boxers. Rather, they like brawlers.

    Still, regardless of what casual fans think (or not) Mayweather, although "boring" earns 30M per fight. Why?
    Because he is unbeaten, ranked #1 P4P, and set a record with PPV with DLH.

    Ward lacks the third, but does have 2 out of three.

    I have no doubt that brainy & super astute Al Haymon already has a great financial plan for Ward. All Ward needs to do now is to discard the incompetent riff-raff he was unfortunate enough to associate himself with.

    Lol... you're forgetting the most important thing dude...

    Mayweather caved into every demand of the PPV king ODH to get the fight.

    THAT is why Ward will never be on Mayweathers level. Even though ODH was a part time, past prime fighter, he was the shot caller.
