    Appreciation Thread
Cesar Rene Cuenca is a 33 year old 5'7 Light Welterweight with the amazing record of 48-0 with a WHOPPING 2 KO's, but just because he is the most featherfisted fighter of the current era doesn't discount this tough Argentine from Chaco from being an immense talent. He slips ,bobs, and weaves his way in his awkward Southpaw stance, jabbing his way to win decision after decision. The rise of the slick featherfisted pain in the ass fighters like Herrera and Algieri, this 12 year pro may have written the blueprint. World got to see what a true talent Cuenca truly is when he was chosen as the sacrificial lamb for prospect Ik Yang but schooled him from start to finish. But no joke Cuenca is a real underrated talent. So what do you think of him, This is for purists, for others it could be a chore. Behold the most avoided fighter at LWW.:fight:fight:fight:fight

Then question his level of opposition.

KO's are basically irrelevant when it comes to judging how good a fighter is.

    A win is a win.

I do question them. and yes if you cant knock out weak opposition Im talking about real tomato cans than that's not a sign of a good fighter.

So if you win every single round, thats somehow less impressive than landing a big punch?

the big punch is more impressive if it leads to the knock out instantly getting the victory.why box round after round if you can get the guy out of there.I would rather win by ko than decision but of course that's not always possible.

I dont think it makes any difference in a real sense.

    Sure, it makes better TV.

But in the end a win is a win.

:patsch Canelo was 40+ and 0. He was barely over 20. What's the big deal? You can fight village bums in other countries from teen and call it a pro career.
