    Egor Leonidovich Mekhontsev is a 6'1 31 year old Light Heavyweight with a 11-0 7 KO's record. He hails from Asbest, Sverdlovsk Oblast, Russia. He won the 2012 London Olympic Light Heavyweight Gold Medal beating an impressive array of opponents in Hooper, Rasulov, Falcao and finally Niyazymbetov to take gold. He's had a decorated amateur career taking gold in various events at 08 Liverpool, 09 Milan, 10 Moscow, and bronze in 11 Baku, he has wins in the ams over Terval Pulev, Usyk and Italian Russo, he lost to Beterbiev. Bob Arum snagged him the moment he turned professional, that should tell you something about his level of talent, although he at times looks crude he's far more skilled than he may appear to be. If his chin is as good as his power there is no reason he can't become yet another LHW Russian KO Machine, this division is heating up and soon will become the most must see division in the sport.     Joe Ward once beat Mekhontsev 51-2 in an amateur fight when he was 12 and Mekhontsve was 28! Ward also sent Egor's mouthpiece flying out with such force it lodged in a childs skull and had to be surgically removed. When Ward heard about what he had done he immediately scrubbed up and did the surgery himself, free of charge and even signed the mouthpiece for the child.

    Thanks, I happen to also be a fan of classic Horror films from the 30's to the 60's, I take my inspiration from the way they marketed them, its a bit over the top, but somehow oddly works.:nut:yep:nut
