Wlad K - ran in fear from a 38 year old journeyman despite having every ace in his favour - massive prime difference being the major one.
Vitali K - quit against a natural MW/LHW, again despite holding every physical advantage.

 

not sure someone with genuine medical problems is mentally weak.

anyone can have such problems. To win a world title in the wake of a mental illness is a far better achievement and showing of mental strength than winning it with no such burdens.

Its not that far removed from a paralympian winning the able bodied world event - it would be a precedent historically.

Sharmba Mitchell... This guy made me want to puke when he quit against Tszyu. He very clearly did not want anymore then literally made up an excuse on the spot when being interviewed (he had about three and couldnt keep his story straight) then fake cried into his towel. Then he got a rematch years later and folded even worse. I cant stand guys like that.

Orlin Norris was another. When he fought Tyson he went back to his corner after that late punch KD, paced a minute, sat down and then let his corner talk him into staying down "we'll get another fight." He looked like a whipped puppy when he was trying to explain his supposed knee injury and was probably the most embarrassed person in the house. I guess his manager who was shouting at him from outside the ring to get a DQ was not aware he was being filmed.

 

No one will mention Bruce Seldon?
