Mayweather is able to lower the workrate of most opponents.

Given Khan's defensive deficiencies, shaky chin, and Mayweather's accuracy and counterpunching ability, it shouldn't take that long for him to make the proper adjustments (land the right shot) to make Khan more cautious and throw less.

Khan's feet may be fast but he does not have good footwork. Good footwork is being able to place your feet for the right angles for offense and defense, and Mayweather is miles ahead of Khan in that area, as well as balance, ring IQ, technical skills, defense, countering, etc....

Khan's skills have always been overrated because of speed. Even an old Floyd will pick him apart. The "*****s" will act like it's some great achievement because of threads like this.

Floyd has never fought somebody like Pac or Khan in his 47 fights, name me one? Khan hasn't lost most of his big fights he's only lost one that was vs garcia. The peterson one doesn't count because of him roiding, and the prescott wasn't a big fight he wasn't even known. Khan has actually won most of his big fights and will beat mayweather.

Good points. I wouldn't say nightmare, but he could give some problems for a few rounds, and make it a close fight.
"At this stage" is the key here. Floyd is slowing down a bit and does not want to deal with someone with more speed and activity...At this stage.

The other side is that Khan is quite chinny, mediocre defense and Floyd has great accuracy. Floyd has not KOed anyone in while, but Khan is very stoppable. I'd still favor PBF to win.

He's actually v good defensively watch his last fight. Khan didn't throw less vs maidana or garcia even when his legs were gone underneath him so what makes you think a powder puff puncher in floyd is gonna stop khan throwing? Khan has good footwork he hardly let collazo near him throughout the whole 12 rounds and frustrated maidana more than anyone he's fought, Floyd couldn't even do what khan did its only when he got caught in the 10th he was getting hurt. Khan is all wrong for an aging mayweather.

i think khan will win rounds against anyone, including mayweather, I just think khan will switch off, and be open to a counter and get floored, my guess is FMJ to win via ko late on, but behind in the fight at that point.

it would be a good fight if they fought I think, far better than FMJ previous few fights.

Pac IS Floyd's destiny. That shows he is in control as Floyd is doing all in his power not to fight him
