    Pacquiao gets destroyed by Canelo and doesn't even come close to the PPV record, which is why he won't even consider the fight.

    He's talking about that list which was recently published using 20 boxing "writers/historians" rankings of the top 20 fighters who had at least one fight past 1943 and uses a points system (1:20 points, 2:19 points, etc etc).
