Well you didnt think he was domestic level and that Froch had no way of beating Groves second time round, so its not like proving you wrong is very difficult.

As long as Curtis meets his own goals then really doesnt matter what you predict does it.

Not arguing that, just don't want to see him lose fights that somewhat tarnish his achievements.

Guess it depends on what he has left in the tank.

I didn't deny saying it, just didn't remember exactly how I did.

I believe Curtis lost to Hamilton myself and let's face it, Darren was a pretty weak British champ.

Limond made easy work of Curtis, so it's fair to say he is just about domestic class at best, certainly not more.

Where has anyone said any different? Even Curtis said winning the British title be like his World Title.
Hes not fighting to get his name up in lights in Las Vegas, or to secure a fight with Khan or whatever, he's fighting because he loves it, and yes his fights will be at domestic level, but thats still further than 95% of pro's ever get, never mind ones starting to box at such a late age.

    Good luck Curtis.

Thanks fellas, I fight because I love to fight, not for fame or fortune but for the glory and for the love of the game, I've got a few good nights left in me just yet, i just want to be in great fights, fights and nights people will remember, why begrudge me that? I'm fit and healthy, I've got a wife and 3 children and I'll know when to go, now is not that time, I'd never make it as a footballer I was all left foot and too small, never do anything in boxing, no amatuer fights and started too late, now they say I can't achieve anymore than what I already have, it's a story I've heard for 34 years, a story of what I can't do, I like to turn peoples doubt into a positive, one thing people have learned about me is never count me out, it would be silly to start now, enjoy the ride fellas, I certainly will x
