Both Oscar and Mosley looked pretty average to me in 2003 at 154.

3 years earlier, they looked great at 147.

Not on your life. He couldn't beat Shane that first fight. EPO or not. Mayweather at that time owns any version of Shane 8 nights per week. But I heard these things about
Ray Leonard ( even though he had great competition)
    Roy Jones
    James Toney
    Mark Breland
Donald Curry and about 40 other guys after the mid 80s.

Donald Curry was great for his short period of time. The peak version of Curry, before all the weight issues and possible drug abuse, beats all the welterweights since 1985 except maybe for Tito, Floyd, and Oscar.

Leonard and Hearns of 1981 beat all of the WWs who followed.

Mark Breland was not very good.

Roy Jones isn't a fair matchup, he was an 168-175 lb. fighter.

They definitely both looked better earlier. Yes. particularly Shane. ODLH had a lot more moments in the 2000s decade although he took losses. Hopkins was a fight he was actually in until the liver shot. The Sturm fight he lost but judges gave him the win cause they needed to make the Hopkins fight ! And it had been 2 years outta the ring weight drained to 147lbs against PAC, so that doesn't count. But ODLH made adjustments and became a more patient fighter up to Hopkins regardless of declining skill. That was key to the wins he did get... I never saw that type of intellectual growth with Shane. It was more like is arsenal or repertoire was just really deep and he would just keep coming up with different wrinkles...

Ray & Tommy beating the 2011 version of Money... I honestly don't see it. Hearns would be the more difficult task. I believe Ray Leonard would be frustrated and look like he did against Floyd Sr the 1st 3 rounds except it would be 12. Tommy is kinda long like Phillip Ndou with 5x's the pop but I believe Money would make those adjustments and get at least a SD cause Tommy ain't catching him. Flat footed or not !

The $40 million with no ppv?..... Even Alex Ariza said in his latest interview that Pacquiao wanted the fight but unfortunately when Mayweather called pacquiao, pacquiao then passed the phone to koncz which was a mistake.

How about Pacquiao accepting a 14 day cut off, then Mayweather changes his demands again for pacquiao to be tested all the way up to the fight.

Why is it that Mosleys last test for the Mayweather bout was 18 days prior to the fight?

When PAC agreed to a 14 day cut off.
