Do you know what fat is??? Lennox wasn't fat when he fought Vitali, I get sick and tired of hearing that.... Do you know what a fat heavyweight looks like? A few pounds over isn't fat......

Boswell is not Lennox..... Training for Boswell, and Lennox are completely different. Fact of the matter is Lennox had trained for a world title fight, Vitali had not and took the fight on only a few weeks notice.

    Here are some facts.

Lennox was knocked out by a loony crackhead, and knocked out for the count by mediocre Rahman.

Ducking Rahman...now I've heard everything. So he was willing to fight Lewis on 3 weeks notice but wouldn't fight Rahman? If you consider getting a career halting knee injury "ducking" then have at it. It's quite obvious that Vitali would have KO'd him.

You completely missed both my wit and the point. I know Vits didnt fight Rahman because of injuries on four separate occasions. But you're sitting here trying to put Lewis down, and what does that say about Vittles that he couldnt beat Lennox at his worst when a "crackhead" and "mediocre" Rahman were able to do it?

According to his own words, and his previous motnhs performances, he could have went on, and he was planning on it.

But he couldn't duck the Klitschko brothers... and he already dropped a belt to duck Chris Byrd.

Could he have fought on? Probably, physically while clearly in decline, he was still formidable, but he'd lost the desire to commit fully to boxing, hence his higher weight against Vitali.

He could have continued ducking Vitali, taking easier fights but Lewis chose the honourable thing and quit when it was obvious to him he no longer had the desire to give 100% to boxing which he would have had to, to beat Vitali 2nd time round.

It was the right decision to quit when he did and while some will always criticise his decision, it was better to be honest to himself and the boxing fans instead of holding onto the title indefinitely and getting extensions to avoid fighting his top contender like Vitali did.

    It's nothing new, it's a known thing.

Vitali couldn't bring Lummox to fight him, so he paid his opponent to not fight him to force the fight.

That's the reason he only had trained for a couple weeks for that fight. While Lennox have had the full training camp.

The funniest part is that since Lummox was too scared and too ***gy to rematch him, Vitali fought Johnson in his next match, destroying him in something like 1 or 2 rounds, and then speaking to the camera calling Lummox out.

Soon after that, Lummox announced his retirement
