People have been going back and forth on why this fight didn't happen for years one thing that can be certain though is that when Ali gave Frasier the chance to fight he didn't turn it down Pacquiao did, and instead of asking Pacquiao to take the fight excuses were made why he shouldn't until the fight was no longer as relevant.
I would not go that far . Okay hes been ducking Manny for years... But hes fought Chino 2x , Canelo and Miguel who were all real threats to him . I credit Floyd for taking those fights . Floyd nearly got taken out by that punch Maidana hit him with , Dude was in danger and whether Mayweather fans want to hear it or not , it could be argued that the bell saved him from further punishing blows and a possible stoppage loss .
