I highly doubt Pac thought Maidana won. Nobody involved with boxing did.

Let's clear this up because you seem confused, "sonny".

. I didn't say Pac won't fight him. I'm confident Pac will fight him with no problems, Floyd is probably his least dangerous opponent in years. What I'm saying is, Pacquiao calling Floyd out while he has a fight signed is pointless,

Morales was faded going into his victory over Pacquiao. He got beaten badly by Rahim before Pac stopped him consecutively in the rematches.

For the second Barrera/Pac fight, Barrera too was largely faded by that time.

However, going into the first Barrera/Pac fight, Barrera was coming off consecutive huge victories and it would be hard to argue that he was removed from his peak.

For Morales II and III and Barrera II, I could name you around 10.

Didn't Morales and Barrera already beat each other up 3 times before Pac ever came along? By the way Junior Jones doesn't think Barrera is as great as you do.

It's a bit personal with Floyd......so even if he felt Miadana won (it was very close but Floyd won the first fight) he would still want to get at Floyd who's been even more elusive outside the ropes than he has proven to be inside of them.

At this point you could be right. Manny might be desperate to get Floyd to stop ducking him becuase Floyd is talking about retirement again and this time he might be serious about it. That would mean Manny doesn't get a chance to prove to himself that he can beat Floyd.

Whether he can or can't is a question only Floyd can answer but that would require him to step up and accept the challenge he's been successful in avoiding. Manny isn't envious of Floyd becuase PAC measure of success isn't about Money like it is for Floyd. Floyd is multi demensional as a prize fighter but a one trick pony when it comes to his professional life on the other side of the ropes.

The only problem is that his promoter is singing the same tune that he wants to make the fight with Floyd. So everyone is on board except Floyd. Even Floyd's promoter and his network are and have been on board. So......unless Floyd somehow finds the urge to take this challenge we all will be left to debate "What if" scenarios until we pass out.

Hell no. And I knew this would happen.

    Pre-Rios: Come fight me, Floyd
    Post-Rios: Up to my promoter

Pre-Bradley: I'll fight for charity, I want Floyd
Post-Bradley: It's up to my promoter
He didn't even answer at the press post-fight conference, he just looked at Bob Arum.

    Pre-Algieri: Floyd's all talk.

    WTF? :huh
