I'm a big Leonard hater but he did have a detached retina. There's a real reason he was inactive. And he was slick with how he waited on Hagler but overall his accomplishments crush floyd. Benitez duran Hearns and underrated kalule.

And Ray robinson? He can do whatever he wants hes the greatest. Robinson has about 15-20 wins better than Floyds best win

Leonard was a better fighter than Mayweather. But he started that trend of getting everyone to fight on his terms. You can argue Duran was the first in that list. Mayweather has improved upon that mold

If their career's ended now, 100 years from now when discussing great fighters, Mayweather will be mentioned considerably less than Hopkins and probably Pacquiao amongst active boxers.

History will be very very good to Floyd

Look what the man has accomplished. He will be remembered as TBE, not the greatest ever but the best.

They're already voting Floyd in as the one the Top 20 fighters post WWII and he's not even retired. Almost 70 years. Pacroid didn't make the list. 100 years from now, people will remember Pacroid as Ms Pacman.

Undoubtedly floyd is one of the best ever. Over the years people will forget he punked ducked one of the greatest fighers of his generation.

But that 50-0 record means history and people will never forget that.

    Thats a ***** move money:-(

The best ever......not likely but one of the best ever, absolutely. Where he ranks as an ATG now won't be where he ends up when his ring accomplishments are reassessed. He will be ranked higher and his career more appreciated.

this is what I'm highlighting. It's ok for him to do it because you like him

It's ok for Erik Morales to force Pacquiao, Barrera and Maidana to wear Winning gloves, but Floyd's a *****

Floyd will only be remembered for a few fights not for his entire career.

Also when people look in the record books they will say what was he doing for two years from 07 - 09???

    Taking a vacation , really??

I take it numbers are not your best attribute.

He fought Ricky in December 07 and Marquez in September of 09. Being generous thats 20 months off.

    Hell of a vacation.

    Vacation?

He damaged his body and needed time to recover. Best decision of his life.

If he didn't take that time off, he wouldn't have lasted this long. :deal
