Who is this guy anyway? Like he has any clout to talk about one of the best boxers of this generation like that.

    PAC:
    Barrera x2
    Morales x3
    JMM x4
    Bradley x2
    Margarito
    Cotto
    Clottey
    Hatton
    Mosley

    Duckweather:
    Cotto
    Judah LOL!!
    Ortiz LMAO!!!
    Maidana x2 Lost 1
    Guerrero
    Mosley
    Alvarez

Pac's resume EASILY SHITS on Mayweather's.
In some of the common opponents that they had, Pac destroyed Hatton and stopped Cotto.

The ONLY thing Duckweather beats PacMan in is in the amount of fans who left his fights while they were still ongoing, and the amount of BOOS that rained down at the lack of excitement that Duckweather produces in his marathons.

Pac's legacy is already cemented as someone who fought all comers and had boxing buzzing about his fights.

Mayweather's legacy, if you want to call it that, is filled with retirement talk, DUCKING certain fighters, whining, a few unsanctioned bouts against women (who he still couldn't KO), and bore fests that had people walking out of his fights.

    Deal with it.

Both are ATG`s. Both their legacies are already established. Neither Pac nor Floyd need each other at this point.

Very good point. But Aaron wasn't considered harder challenges than guys whom Ray actually did end up fighting. But a lot of people said Leonard ducked Pryor becuase of his style. Not to say he wasn't a great boxer in his own right....but Arron had another gear, solid beard and punched with both hands. I would've loved to see that fight happen.. Ray would have to be he favorite becuase he was just bigger, but at the right weight this could have been a classic. To bad it never came off.

They both are greats......let's just be clear that what these two have accomplished only a very small percentage of very talented men ever reach in the sweet science. They really don't need to fight to be hall of fame worthy or considered amongst the greats....they are already there.

The importance of the fight has taken a hit becuase Manny lost and he slid in the P4P ranks......both aren't in their physical primes although still operating at the highest levels of the sport. They are legitimately two of the best boxers in the world in 2014, but they are older, a little bit slower and reflexes off by just enough the they might get tagged with punches that they wouldn't have back in 2009.

Boxing will still benefit and Manny overall needs this fight more than Floyd for a number of reasons but it doesn't mean that this still wouldn't be the biggest fight of either mans career. It could still be considered one of the biggest fights ever and break every record in the book so why not make it happen before we do hit the expiration date?

I could be wrong but Pac never struck me as one who puts too much weight in his legacy. If the fight never happens, I think it would hurt Floyd's legacy more because he claims to be TBE. It's hard to cement your position as TBE when your constantly being criticized for cherry picking and ducking.

Leonard doesn't know that health is more important for floyd. Few people understands this except floyd's own set of fans called the *****s.

Pac's legacy is one as the greatest fighter of his generation.. Floyd lost out by being afraid to fight him.
