Well it's been mandated by the WBO, but it's still early days, they're probably still putting a deal together, figuring out scheduling etc.
i thought korobov is fighting saunders or eubank jr thats wut i been hearing. hows it been mandated by the wbo?? did andrade even fight at 160?
Andrade himself has cold feet about moving up apparently. His promoters moved quick to try and get the opportunity, but he has not signed off on the actual fight yet. I guess his confidence isnt as high as he likes to make it sound. From a business perspective, 160 is 1000 times better for him. But all he wants to talk about is fighting Canelo at 154. Even though Canelo is obviously moving up in weight to challenge Cotto for 160 WBC provided things go smoothly. Not that I blame him, were I Andrade I would be hesitant to face Korobov myself. The guy is not a joke, and far better than anyone Andrade has faced to date even though I think Andrade can win the fight.
No, not at all. There's an interview with him on here where he talks about it. 44:50 http://www.blogtalkradio.com/wcsteelerfan/2014/09/17/tha-pugilist-korner
Interesting the part where he says Kirkland wasnts millions of dollars to fight. The guy has to be delusional to expect those numbers
