    Who are these supposed fast fighters he's been ducking, other than Pac? I'm looking at the Ring Ratings from 2007 to 2013, and the only fighters I see that are really noted for their speed are:

    Martinez
    Alexander
    Malignaggi
    Berto
    Williams
    Bradley
    Khan

    Other than that, I don't see anyone.

    You said you don't understand the challenge that Khan brings to Floyd because of lack of ring IQ yet he fought guys that weren't known for hand speed or IQ yet they were able to challenge Floyd but you don't think Khan couldn't ?
