This wasnt a commissioned fight. This was just sparring. Heavy gloves and headgear.

And it was clear that Hasim Jnr wanted that sparring badly and the other guy (Don something?) accepted.

There may have been "pressure" but in the end of the day, either of them could have just said "no" and that would be that.

Maybe im being a little old fashioned, but when 2 men agree to fight in a ring, to settle some sort of dispute, then its not really anyone elses business.
