honestly, i dont know what the specific rule on those particular issues is, but i do know that they are charged with insuring that those they have granted a license to, are adequately protected when practicing the sport. 30 minutes of hard sparring is a tremendous load on your body, and not geting a break in between to gauge how you are responding is dangerous and irresponsible... especially when a large portion of the tax paying public considers it a barbaric sport as it is.
to truly get a sense of the seriousness of the incident, you have to frame it in the proper context and take into account the possible repercussions of allowing that sort of thing to go on. having one of those young men get seriously damaged because of this, is not just affecting the young man, it affects all of boxing.

Hes not as delusional as his fans.

Someone tried to argue with me earlier that Khan hits harder than Mayweather.

When asked to provide top 5 world class guys Khan has Ko'd, well you can guess what happened, Salita was mentioned......

That resume Ortiz had before Mayweather looking at it now is absolutely awful, Harris and Campbell lol were ancient old war torn fighters. Peterson was a draw and we know how much of a overhyped bum Berto is. Khans overall resume shits all over ortizs and he's beaten fighters Ortiz has lost to. We don't want to see Mayweather fight another slow plodding Latino in Garcia. We need to see fighters who have faster footwork, use combinations and angles to get in and out, not fighters who are slow, come in predictable straight lines, that just get picked appart by an old mayweather. Ofcourse Khan hits harder than mayweather, Maidana said he had no power, and do you honestly think Mayweather could even hurt Collazo? Not a chance he has powder puff punches with brittle hands aided with Xylocaine.

what style boxers, does manny fight again? why, dont these guys learn to master the basics off moving there feet, instead off there faces into consecutive punches?

That particular run for Ortiz, is better than what Khan has done recently, that is my point.

Khan has done NOTHING since losing to Peterson all those years ago.

This is not about resume comparison, its about what Khan has done as of late which says he deserves a shot at Mayweather.

No, Garcia is more than qualified to face Mayweather than Khan is. That same slow Garcia knocked Khan the **** out.

Based on what? who has Khan knocked out for you to come to that conclusion?

Name me Amir Khans top 5 Knockouts over world class opposition

    Amir Khan has 29 wins, 19 kos at a 59.38 ko%
Floyd at 29 fights had 17 kos at 58.62 ko%

Khan hits harder by a whole whooping 1%:patsch

Mayweathers KO over Corrales is and was better than anything Khan has ever done and that was 13 years ago
