No, Khan made the same mistakes hes been making throughout his career. how can you say it was lapse of concentration? Garcia threw at least 10 left hooks in the first round alone and plenty more in the second round. How could that get Khan unexpected? Khan got time, caught and stopped.

There is the perfect example of how timing beats speed.

Based on what? a fantasy fight? in the actual fight (the only fight that actually matters) Khan got sparked.

Why dont you put a 38 year old Khan in against that Maidana and see what happens

Khan certainly wouldnt be knocking any of those out. In fact most of them would park Khan.

You claim Khan punches harder than Floyd, but cant back it up. When i used stats you had nowhere to run.

He fought Garcia after peterson you moron. He fought a Diaz who in my opinion beat Porter who was a top 10 no? He beat Collazo who was maybe just outside the top 10. The Diaz and Collazo are decent Opposition considering the huge setback he had with peterson and Garcia. What was Garcias excuse for fighting non ranked opposition in Herrera and Rod ****ing salka then?

He was out of action because Floyd and his camp manipulated Khan in thinking he was next so he dropped the Alexander fight, that in hindsight Khan regrets and learned from Hence he is fighting somebody in December this time unlike last time.

I was merely stating Garcia caught a Khan without discipline and one who consistently lapsing in concentration. To Hunters credit this has been eradicated from Khans game, he doesn't throw unneccessarily, he picks his spots throwing shots from range, controls range, uses angles feints in during attacks unlike before. How many Left hooks landed in the first round when Khan wasn't staying in the pocket but throwing simple 1-2s? He only got caught as I mentioned when he threw an uppercut whilst reaching leaving his left side totally exposed. If you throw a 1-2 you are protected from your shoulder from a counter left but exposed if your throw a right uppercut.

A disciplined Khan comfortable at the weight, cautious in his approach, measured in his onslaught would take Garcia to school. Were the first two rounds a fantasy when Khan put a beating on him, the panick on Garcias face and his dad was showing. Now imagine this Khan vs him, he would eat him alive.

So you admit Floyd is aging and is there for pickings and shouldn't look good vs a slow ass plodder in maidana then? Then that explains why he won't fight somebody faster like Pac or Khan.

Collazos losses are highly debatable especially vs Hatton and Berto. He's also been unlucky with injuries, do you even follow boxing? He came of a devstating one punch ko of Ortiz. Floyd took a cheap shot at Ortiz who wasn't even looking at him, giving him an open punch, and it still took floyd two shots to floor him lmao.

Yes floyd fought a primish Judah but he was coming of a loss to Carlos ****ing baldomir and he still had 3 losses before then. Against Khan he said himself he was rejuvanted with sweat pea and he was coming of a win over Mathysse and a vicious Ko of Mabuza. He was far from finished, the Mathysse win is one of his best wins in his career and the Mubuzza one of the most vicious ko of his career. He had 6 losses before khan btw not 7.

Do you really consider Ortiz a legit KO? it was clearly a cheap shot without Ortiz even looking or defending himself but that naivety was not Floyds fault.

Hatton - If somebody comes in charging, jumping into punches recklessly you are going to eventually get stopped even if you don't have the hardest of punches.

Jmm - Came up two weight classes to fight at 144 which floyd didn't even honour and still then he couldn't stop a blown up lightweight.

Ortiz - Wasn't a legit knockout, cheap shot. Maidana killed him , berto even nearly had him out of there.

Guerrero - His opposition before Floyd was absolutely terrible.

Cotto - Margarito, pacquiao?

Canelo - Did floyd even make a dent in him? It looked as if like the Maidana fight he came back from a Spa.

De la hoya - 2 year layoff past it, still gave floyd a Split decision.

Mosley - 38 year old way past his prime, Forrest stopped him?

Your stat as somebody pointed out is wrong and secondly you compare power by who regularly hurts their opponents, dropping them and comparing who hurt the opponent more during their fights. Khan clearly regularly hurt Maidana unlike Mayweather. Maidana even said Broner another featherfisted fighter hit harder than floyd... Khan stopped Judah floyd couldn't, Khan dropped and hurt Maidana badly Floyd couldn't. Do you think Floyd could drop Collazo 3 times and hurt him? I doubt it. Its pretty clear Khan hits harder.

Maidana also said he felt Khans body shot for atleast a week after the fight. I remember in an interview Floyd Snr said they would focus on Maidanas body because Khan hurt him bad with one. Floyd landed so many body shots on maidana and it did nothing! Go figure.

None at all. This Amir Khan couldn't KO Corrales or put Castillo on the Floor at 135lbs or 14olbs.. Amir at 147lbs couldn't do that if it depended on his life !

Not to mention that at the middle to late rounds of fights there is absolutely no pop on Amirs punches.. None... now argue that ! he's Paulie Malignaggi by round 7...

That's your opinion too about Castillo and corrales, but it's probably better to talk now about the two , I think khan is developing power he may have more than mayweather currently but yeah in past years maybe May would have the edge. It might be tight between the two I doubt it will be a big factor in a possible fight regardless
