    Pacquiao decided to accept Mayweather's demand for a 14 day cut off.
    When negotiations resumed, Mayweather said the random test should be done all the way up to the fight.

    Pacquiao-Bradley II:: WADA/NSAC Testing.

    "Just to clear things up, Manny didn't care what testing we were doing. He was willing to do VADA or WADA, so there was no argument as far as the testing goes," said Bradley.

    Mayweather is more than likely a drug cheat, nice ploy by him ill give him that. Accuse your main rival so nobody looks at you, the man will buy the silence from the testers mark my words.

    What does that say about the steroid accusations in the first place? Completely unfounded and baseless is what they were and are. I thought the problem with Manny was that he hit too hard for his size.

    Yet its now been established that at the 18 both Floyd and Manny were the same size, Floyd was just still amateur, and now you're saying that they have similar KO%. So what basis do the initial steroid accusation actually have? Because he's not grown disproportionally to Floyd, and he's got a similar KO%.

    Out of the two, who has benefitted more from drugs?

    Pacqiauo stops Cotto, Hatton, De Lay Hoya etc.

    Gets accused of PEDS....cant stop a punchbag like Rios?

    And how exactly would drugs benefit Mayweather?

    In his effort to accommodate Mayweather, the Filipino boxer said he has decided to accept Mayweather's demand for a 14-day drug testing window. But when negotiations resumed, the undefeated boxer said the random test should be done all the way up to the night of the fight.

    When Mayweather fought Mosley after the first failed negotiations, Mosley's random tests stopped 18 days before the fight.

    It is not clear why Mosley was given 18 days while in the case of Pacquiao who has agreed to a 14-day window, it did not apply.
