    I think they just chose to do their last test 18 days before the fight. I don't think it was part of the contract.

    After reading more about it, I'm not too confident in USADA or whatever agencies they've been using for extra testing, beyond the commission tests.

    It would not surprise me in the least if those rumors about them covering up positive tests are true.

    the Duckweather vs Mosley lead-up bout ended testing 18 days prior to the fight all while Mosley admitted to using steroids in the past.
    However, Duckweather denied Pacquiao of a 14-day cutoff date during negotiations for a future bout.

    Why did Duckweather accept an 18 day cutoff date for Mosley but not 14 days for Pacquiao?
