I'm a big fan of both fighters, 2 legitimate top 15 ATGs im my opinion but all we here on ESB day in day out is fanboys of either fighting talking blinkered bull****.

This is the truth of the matter :

Mayweather heard on good authority that Pac was juicing. After watching a juiced Pacquiao demolish ODLH, Hatton, and Cotto, Mayweather knew that Pac was the only fighter out there who had a legitimate chance of taking his '0' and didn't want that fight. He knew Pac was juicing and asked for the testing because it was win-win for him.
- If the fight happened then Pacquiao would be far weaker off the juice - win
- If Pacquiao didn't take the fight, the fans knew that Pac was **** scared to take the test for a reason - win

Pacquiao didn't take the test and turned down a monster payday, not because he was scared of needless or any other reason, it was because he was juicing at that particular point of his career.

You're right. But that was in 2009. 50/50 was on the table in 2009. In 2012, 50/50 was off the table. If you're going by 2009 PPVs, Floyd has 2.4 in 2007 and 2.2 in 2013.
