I totally agree with you, but keep in mind that he has a young family, he'll be paid very well and fighting is the only thing he knows how to do. Unfortunately, brain damage and other injuries are occupational hazards for guys like him.

Alvarado and rios would stack up good against gb fighters. Enough of this rematch crap, at least rios vs provo.

I've seen enough of these 2. I like a good slugfest as much as the next guy but we've seen these 2 twice already, I see no need for number 3. There are much better and important match-ups to be made. I must be getting soft cause I would much rather see some skilled guys in there than these two cavemen again

kinda surprised that alot of people arent happy bout this fight. it doesnt really matter to me i just wanna see fights its been dull lately.

and everyone is worried about alvarado health more then rios it seems.
rios to me is the we should be concerned about hes only like 26 at the very max prolly younger how long can his career last.. he might be done by 29

i still think rios will win tho

For a Few Dollars More, ring music by Ennio Morricone. It's going to be another great fight, but neither guy should have much of a career afterwards. Still, they'll probably both pick up a cool million, and then move onto other things.

First 2 fights were good but I'm not overly excited about a third, just doesn't do much for me.

If it were the co-feature to a nice main event than fine but it will be a main event and feels a bit pointless.

I think Rios wins though and if he were to win and fight Bradley I wouldn't mind that, I think those two match up nicely.

But there are other fights that I'd like to see these guys in and with GBP starting to make some moves with Top Rank there's so many other options out there.

    No.

If this fight is at 147 then my money will be on Alvarado...

    Rios cant box.
If Alvarado fights a diciplined fight he beats Rios again.
Arum being Arum then matches Alvarado against Manny Pacquiao, I can just smell it coming.
