look it up man provodnikov has called rios out multiple times rios who says he is a warrior is hesitant to accept the challenge.rios has made excuses about weight.rios doesn't need to say anything his actions or rather inactions are all you need to know.

provodnikov's team have sent offers to rios for a fight which have been ignored.

Why would Rios possibly accept 40/60 to fight the Russian and at 140 no less. Rios is more comfortable and at a more natural weight at 147. As far a Rios/Alvarado 3, he'll yeah I will watch it
    Rios by KO again.

I've already seen this fight twice and the 3rd one won't get any better than their first fight. Let Rios fight Provonikov. The majority of people will prefer that fight. And Rios was calling out Ruslan forever and Ruslan's team was the one ducking.

so you agree then that the "Cold War is Over" is bs

here's the deal. Brandon Rios has called out Ruslan Provodnikov over and over again and was turned down over and over again.

Ruslan's team made excuses and said they don't trust that Rios will make weight. Now that Ruslan lost, he's willing to fight Rios, but they're not offering Rios much money for the fight.

Correct, but these two c-level fighters are evenly matched and make for exciting fights, so why not?

These are the guys who should be paid handsomely ~2 mill each for this. I am tired of seeing the likes of Garcia and Floyd being horribly overpaid.

So I take it Bob will keep putting them in the ring until someone dies?
