Wilder WILL pull out, especially if Roc Nation wins the bid. He'll go fight a few bums then winner of Chagaev-Oquendo II for a big cash out fight vs Wlad in 2016.

That's what figure and he'll fight Luis Ortiz instead. Stiverne can fight the more deserved Jennings.

Yeah you're right. Ortiz would be too risky.

I doubt it. Both need each other at this point.

I don't think it makes sense if he does, this is about the easiest road to a world title Wilder can get if he pulls out then Klistschko beats Stiverne that becomes more tougher for Wilder and co, and besides Wilder is more marketable with a belt around his waist

Dan Rafael is reporting that the WBC is postponing the purse bid a second time for this fight. This is the WBC desperately trying to get Haymon the deal. It's obvious they don't want this to go to purse bid and have Wilder pull out if Roc Nation wins the bid. They know Deontay is marketable and could bring $ in. Don King is just being Don King, he is not going to let his fighter (the only fighter of note in his whole stable and therefore his last great cash cow) to be stripped. He wants the purse bid to get the most money for his guy. So you have Haymon and WBC desperately trying to make deal that favors them when they are not in a position of power.

From reports it seems that Haymon is delaying purse bids in an attempt to try and make the fight without going to purse bids

thing is , his dealing with a very smart operator Don King, King will try aand bleed Haymon dry because he knows that if this fight goes to purse bids Jay-z is going to come in with a massive bid to make Haymon look foolish again

    I see a few scenarios

    1. thinks its unlikely but Haymon manages to strike a deal with don king without purse bids, King and Stiverne end up making a ton of money as Haymon is terrifed it will go to purse bids

    2. Goes to purse bids anf Haymon wins with a big bid. Fight takes place, King and Stiverne make a lot of money

    3. Fight goes to purse bids, Jay-z makes a giant offer which will see Wilder make 15-20 times his career highest payday to date. Wilder pulls out of the fight sighting similar ******ed reasons Quillen came up with

from what i understood, its because of the negotiations between dong king and camille estephan thats the issu, king promotes stiverne but estephan is his manager...and they dont see eye to eye, just this past weekend king was in montreal, and appareantly they got a few things worked out(including estephan wanting the fight in montreal, which king previously opposed)....so because they came to a few agreements, both king, and estephan conjointly asked the wbc to postpone the pursebid so that they could come to an agreement
