Manny readily accepted the fight under the Nevada state commission rules. Why wouldn't Floyd accept the fight under the same rules???? But no he wanted his own rules.

If you're going to say something like this be consistent. For that first round of negotiations Pac/Arum had demanded the following in the contract:

1. 8oz gloves
2. Ring Size
3. $10 Million per pound penalty if Floyd failed to make the 147 pound limit.

Floyd said no problem as long as Pacquaio agreed to OSDT. First Pac agreed, then the Contract went void after they learned that the testing would include random blood testing leading up to the fight. After Pac refused testing, Mayweather said his health was more important than fighting somebody on steroids. Folks always leave that part out.

So what you're saying is that if Floyd has 10 million left and Pac has 5 million but lives in the Philippines, Floyd is more "broke"(rich people broke) than Pac because of where he lives?
