Gennady Gennadyevich Golovkin is a 5'10.5 33 year old Middleweight with a 32-0 29 KO's record. Born in Karaganda, Kazakhstan but fighting out of Berlin, Germany and Los Angeles, California. Amateur Record 345-5 For all the GGG doubters, and critics, please take some time and Educate Yourselves on the Kazakh KO Machine, go beyond the limited footage you've seen on HBO, go back and see what a scary ass vicious murderous puncher GGG has always been. I have criticized him at times because I'm a contrarian by nature not because I doubt his skills and brutal power, that being said I'm a huge fan of his. It amazes me just how much supposedly knowledgeable fans who are obsessed with praising skill level and find every reason in the world to throw off on thudding KO artists, don't seem to be able to comprehend the amazing level of skill GGG possesses, his ability to cut off the ring is almost second to none, his jab is exquisite, his shifting technique he masterfully uses for sitting down on his punches, his punch placement is immaculate, his use of angles while going to the body underappreciated, his chin is made of Karagandan Granite. GGG may very well be one of the most skilled professional Boxers of this generation. Has he struggled before in a match, of course he has, find a boxer who hasn't, but for all the people who think he's hype maybe you don't know as much about boxing and the craft behind it as you think you do. Now sit back and enjoy the absolute destruction brought to you courtesy of the Man They Call GGG.:toney:toney:toney:toney

If Kassim Ouma was younger when he fought Golovkin, none of you would even by talking about Golovkin right now. Amazing that an old shopworn Ouma is the guy that has given Golovkin the most trouble in his career. Kind of shits on Golovkins level of opposition. It just isn't that good.

A younger more durable version of Ouma would not have been stopped. He was ahead on the cards at the time of the stoppage. Golovkin simply put, hasn't fought much. It isn't his fault. Middleweight is just extremely weak right now. Guys like Geale, and Barker wouldn't even be top ten guys back in Hopkins middleweight era.

Well, we'll never know will we. GGG on his worst night still stopped him. Point is, whether or not it suits your agenda Golovkin did beat Ouma.

huh, hops mw era was absolute trash and inferior to the trash of mw today and by a long way.

hops had to dig up the same journeymen 2/3 x each for pathetic defenses.

ggg is my best fighter right now, bar non
