James Degale - Most annoying man in British Boxing.

unfortunately talking **** appears to be a prerequisite in boxing. i agree if he goes for a rest on the ropes v froch he gets clubbed like a baby seal, but at least he ain't giving it the big 1 after 2 losses.

 

Froch doesn't want to fight him though! does he?

 

Yep he certainly annoying he's one of those fighters that should just fight and never do interviews

 

I don't think Froch sees enough money in the fight. At this stage of his career he only needs 1 or 2 big money fights then give it up. Goes out with a good career only the Ward loss unavenged. He may take the fight though at the start of the year if he can't get anyone else and get the big payday in the summer.

 

:deal In this case i think it's really as simple as that, Degale (probably understandably) is going to talk as much nonsense as necessary to make the fight,but if i was him i'd leave it out for now & concentrate on his upcoming fight, last thing he needs is a banana skin lol, presumably a (very unlikely) loss wouldn't harm his mandatory status?

 

What do you seriously expect him to say? He is obviously gonna say that as would anyone in his position it's his way of putting pressure on to get the fight! Not sure if people know how things work or maybe there just thick as ****. Degale ain't the sharpest tool in the box but he is a sound bloke

 

He's just incredibly dumb. He's like a 15 year old who spends his entire life online talking on Snapchat and posting links on Facebook to YouTube videos. Yeah, that dumb.

It's painful to listen to him try to speak.

 

Exactly, he's saying it to try and get Froch to fight him or to build a fight with Froch if it does happen.

 

I Will be honest i have actually warmed to Degale lately i could not stand him before the groves fight but his attitude has changed but i don’t think he has disrespected Froch he believes he is all wrong for Carl then fair enough only way we will find out will be if they get into the ring.

 

Unfortunately that's the way things are done nowadays. It's almost pantomime nowadays, not like the past when it was proper bad blood eg. Benn v Eubank.

Degale does have respect for Froch but feels he has the style to trouble him, which i agree with. But is it the fight that Froch needs at this time, no. It might happen if Froch doesn't get a Vegas fight or another big money one.

 

What do people want when hes asked about Froch to say no Froch is too good and i will get knocked out so no point in fighting i also really respect him

not to mention **** boring boxer ...some his past fights hes lucky to get the win
