Not really , beating collazo is a decent win so was Judah I felt he beat Peterson too, lost to Garcia for a genuine world title is pretty relevant. Diaz isn't great but he did draw with porter who is also top 10 . He's doesn't really deserve mayweather though but mayweather seems interested and I think he beats mayweather.. And other guys in the top 10 haven't really impressed me with there resumes either
