    In fact Burns looking absolutely awful tonight.

    Not the same fighter from the Mitchel fight.

    Time to hang up the gloves before he ends up hurt when up against a non can opponent.

    Sure, but who has Callum been in with? Nobody. Huge step-up to be at Groves level.

    Callum's biggest fight was Biosse and his power didn't really seem up to much in that bout.

    I always get abuse when I talk about Burns, but the reality is he never fought a truly world class opponent at LW until Crawford who schooled him. It was an example of a reign in which he was perfectly matched (mostly by FW).

    He's a really nice guy and an excellent pro, but his days at the top are over.

    But who had groves been in with prior to froch?

    He fought degale when both were novice pro's & also a 400 year old glen Johnson... So it's hardly like he was setting the world on fire. Truth be told if smith managed to get a groves fight next year it would be a lot more warranted than the froch groves 1.
