He looks shot. His footwork is gone, his power is gone, he has some handspeed but no snap on it. He's basically throwing quick arm punches.
Algeri has a legit chance in this fight. Pacquiao looks worse than I've ever seen him in training so far. Also he has a style which relies on athleticism.
