Umm yea they do . the mojaory of ppl in ukraine and from ukraine speak russian. its almost an identical language.

Since iwas a kid i learned both languages because my parents only speak russian but me and my sisters and cousins speak american alot better

 

Youre getting it all wrong i think you misunderstood what i said. American born russians can write russian they just have to be taught like anyone else.

I did learn english and russian. i speak both and write both and speak a little but of ukrainian because its slightly different.

Most ukrainians dont speak actual ukrainian they speak russian mostly. if you watch wlad talk in interviews in ukraine hes speaking russian not ukraininan
