Floyd didnt accept the 10 mill penalty. Floyd also kept changing his demand after both team mayweather and team pac agreed to something. Hell even Schaffer at the time got frustrated coz floyd kept changing his mind. Now we know. Floyd is scared.

2 reasons imo ego on the part of Mayweather and stupidity on the part of Pacquiao.

Mayweather after continuously out gaining and out grossing Pac should of left well enough alone when negotiating instead of always trying to get the most he could.

Pacquaio should of took more control of his camp instead of letting his team talk him out of pretty good offers only to come back in worse position each time out.

No amount of control can help a man if his health come first. Unless you're talking about Pacquiao should have fought Floyd with his hands tie behind his back.

 

Simple...Mayweather is scared.

 

Because pacquiao fights for his fans in the Philippines, and his fans preferred to see pacquia take on Floyd in court. So pac denied testing and took the battle to court. Pacquiao is the CWC champ (court welter weight champ)

 

Maidana is not stopping Pacquiao,,... Pacquiao's cross-over would break Maidana's ankle,,...

 

Bradley would be a little tricky for Mayweather. He's quick, has good defense and he's a good boxer. The rest are too slow. And he would decision all of them. Algeri would be out boxed. Rios would be led around the ring all night missing and paying. Same for Margarito. Clottey would be out worked.

Pac would lose to Canelo. He'd make Ortiz quit. He'd decision Guerrero. Maidana would be all over him and might stop him early. If it goes to the later rounds, Pac by decision. Pac decisions Cotto this time. Cotto makes it a closer fight, though.
