Best fight of the night and not even a mention! Congrats to Ryan thoroughly desereved it, both left it all in the ring exactly the sort of fight you want to see for a British/Commonwealth title.

Was there and it was a pleasure to watch few award contenders on the bill Nurse vs Ryan contender for fight of the year and David Brophys KO could win KO of the year its up there with Frochs right hand on Groves

From what I've seen previously I thought Nurse had potential, but he was getting put down by jabs

The one quality people mentioned repeatedly was how sound he was defensively and yet Ryan was tagging him at will at times.

Though Tyrone was lucky to get through the 9th as Ryan was laying it on him and he was firing nothing back.

Great fight, I fancied Ryan to win, nurse is a good boxer, plenty of skill but never been in a proper fight, too many gimmies, Dave Ryan is battle hardened, you can't buy that, nurse will be better for the experience, Dave Ryan is probably the toughest man I've fought, a hard hard man, pleased for him, done it the hard way, brought in on Saturday to lose so Eddie could get nurse to back Warrington up in Leeds with another "major" title on the bill, Dave had different plans

Dave Ryan isn't on my radar, good luck to him, think he deserves a crack at the British next

Nurse v Ryan was a cracking fight and had it of been a draw or Nurse by a round no complaints from me.So hats off to all involved fighters and officials.

The second kd off the jab certainly looked to hurt Nurse the first looked like a technical mistake from Nurse caught square and slightly off balance.Would fancy Nurse in a rematch but Ryan is one tough cookie. Not only his performance but the eye damage he sustained early in the fight must of hampered him.

Great domestic fight great advert for UK boxing.

The knock down by the jab was caused by lack of balance from Tyronne he certainly wasn't hurt.
However great fight to watch I thought TYronne just edged it by one round but really you couldn't argue

tyrone showed very good heart and toughness, his defence is abit over the top which makes it bad, slipping shots but dropping his hands and gets caught flush, thought ryan was gonna stop him round 8 or 9? good fight.

tyrone looked like a typically protected fighter. it showed on saturday that being fed too many easy fights comes back to haunt you when the going gets tough. ive seen people on here saying he is one to watch but he wasnt listening to his corner and looked like a fighter that thinks he knows best and that is never a good thing. imo he will never be british champion

Nurse was VERY lucky not to get stopped in the 9th round. Ryan was teeing off on him badly.
