Ivanov the guy who won gold in his place is the same guy Ward beat in the final when he was 17 if ward wasn't robbed out of his place in the olympics he would have at least medaled and imo had a great chance of winning gold

Yep exactly, had he gone to the olympics i agree it would be different, Mekhontsev is really good though, i take your point and agree but he certainly should be a top fighter for the future. LHW really could end up the best division in boxing in a few years, just thinking of some of the matches to be made, Kovalev vs Beterbiev would nearly give you a hard on like.
