I always liked Jersey Joe Walcott's KO of Ezzard Charles. Maybe it's not the most devastating punch I've ever seen, although it's obviously absolutely devastating, but it's definitely one of, if not the, my favourite KOs for sure. This is probably one of the most brutal and violent finishes to a fight I've seen in recent years. The first left hook is a beauty - Maccarinelli had no right getting up from that at all. Arthur Abraham's left hook on Gevor is the best single shot KO I've ever seen. Best combo is Mike Tyson vs Pinklon Thomas Live, Stephen Smith vs Gary Buckland. He didn't move for about 5 min, everyone thought he was in serious trouble or dead.

I noticed that there's a delayed reaction when a fighter gets hit with a liver punch. Like, after 1-2 seconds, he just crumbles to the canvas.
Abraham at 160 had some devastating KO's. But the Tua Ruiz was one was probably the most horrific looking. That last free shot that Tua got on him, looked like it could have killed Ruiz.
