Why did RJJ duck Michalczewski and how did he justify it?

Reminda me of these days, how Ward ducks Kovalev/GGG, Floyd ducks GGG/Manny, but both think they are the real deal. RJJ had the same behaviour with Michalczewski.

How did he justify it? Or did he just ignore anything that had to do with Dariusz, like Floyd ignores GGG and rather looks for fights against weaker boxers like Khan or Garcia?

Have any evidence to indicate it wasnt the other way around? What did Dariusz do to make the fight happen?

Also GGG is a MW and Floyd is a WW.

    Why WOULD he duck him?

The guy fought and beat Hopkins and Toney, the best of his era.

Its like people complaining about Lewis ducking John ****ing Ruiz

People need to get over it, sometimes some fights just arent made. It doesnt always equate to one fighter ducking another.

    He didn't.

Again, he hasn't ducked either guy. They aren't even in his weight class.

There's little doubt that Floyd has ducked Manny for at least five years, but not GGG. Again, the dude is ina different weight class.

Everyone who wants to see GGG vs. Ward somehow isn't eager to see GGG fight against Floyd. Why? Floyd already fought several times at 154, GGG goes down to 154. This would be a megafight, both would make their biggest payday in their career. Floyd even considered to fight Cotto for the MW title. So why not against GGG? Why against Canelo??

What evidence do you have to say that fightiong GGG who is largely unknown outside of boxing fans would be Mayweathers biggest pay day ever?

    Bigger than Canelo?
    Bigger than De La Hoya?
    Bigegr than Cotto?

He said why he didn't want to fight the guy in a ringside interview. He stated basically that Darius was a very dangerous fighter and that he didn't want to risk fighting him overseas due to his getting robbed by foreign judges at the Olympics. He thought Darius should come to fight him in America and the fight never happened.

I'm hardly a fan of the fighters you mentioned but I bet you aren't too excited to see GGG vs Ward. Naturally, big time fan boys don't want their fighters in with a fighter that has a good shot of taking them out.

Its the same reason Floyd fan girls don't want to see him in against GGG and Ward fans (all 5 of them) don't want him in with Kovalev.

GGG has never fought below 158.5. He's a Middle weight.

    Cotto is not GGG.

Cotto is the linear MW champion because of (for him) a fortunate set of circumstances. Sergio (the previous linear MW champ) had age and knee problems. The age he caould have overcome, but from almost the opening bell, it was obvious his knees were gone (and won't be coming back). The bout with Cotto was a financially lucrative 'cashing out' event, the biggest payday that could be made.

The Martinez of Pavlik or Williams would have crucified any version of Cotto.

So that's how Miguel holds the linear MW title. It's doubtful if he could actually beat any of the current top 5 MWs. GGG is, in the eyes of most, the man at 160.

And at 160, he's too big and strong for Floyd. You saw what happened with Maidana and Cotto. Both gave Floyd difficultties. So you can speculate what a bigger stronger and IMO, more skilled GGG would do there.

There is no compulsion for Floyd to face GGG. As I said, he's a MW and Floyd lays no claim to anything above 154 (And even that is a stretch for him, hence the CW with Canelo !)
