    Ellerbe is a good man, so he'd be an asset to any boxers' team.

    Some might not want to work with Leonard because of his ***ual orientation.

    Marketing for what? :huh Ellerbe isnt a celebrity! The only people who even know who he is are the diehards and Floydboys.

    How would "firing" ellerbe create any buzz? Who would even care?

    Leonard is one of the greatest advisers in the history of the sport, he will be inducted to the hall of fame in the near future.

    He is an extremely extremely useful man.
