Why did RJJ duck Michalczewski and how did he justify it?

Get your head out of your ass, fan-boy.

It was fukcin' obvious a minute into the fight that Martinez was in no fit state to put weight on either of his knees.

The fighter who embarrassed Junior and turned Pavlik's face into a used tampon would have murdered Cotto.

    In any round he chose.

I think Roy's puncher power is underrated. He knocked out Thomas Tate, who went the distance with Julian Jackson.

I believe there were 2 other fighters he stopped who also went the distance with Jackson.

He also knocked out Hill and Griffin, who fought Hearns and Toney, respectively.

RJJ(Especially at 160-168) had amazing power.

    People sort of forget that.

I looked at the Ring P4P ratings from the 90's, and does anyone know why Roy wasn't #1 in 1998, 2000, 2001, or 2002?

There were some short peroids where fighters like Trinidad, De La Hoya, and I think even Mosley were above him due to winning big fights, while some of Roy's opposition wasn't great.

Some of their big wins were against each other.

I remember Vernon Forrest being ranked pretty high too after his wins over Mosley.

Who could Roy have fought at that time to be P4P #1?

From that time period, either DM, a Hopkins rematch, or move up to HW, which is what Roy eventually did.

There was actually even small talk of moving down to 168 to fight Calzaghe around that time, but Roy decided against it.

Would Roy have beaten Benn, Collins, and Eubank?
