Floyd against Pryor, Benitez, Duran, Buchanan, De Jesus, Cuevas, and Cervantes, would all be good fights.

I just can't see past a Tommy win, either points, or stoppage.

i think hearns is a little too tall and lanky for floyd to outbox him, but i do think floyd is better than him in every way possible.

I cannot see how Floyd could possibly win.

Also I think Hearns stops him inside the distance, could envision Hearns jabbing and steadily breaking down Floyd for a late rounds stoppage.

Tommy is one of the best pure-boxers of all time. Stop being naive.

MM, I hear you but ... PBF has been up in weight for years now, so this is a relevant conversation. Honestly, while I see your validity in rating PBF,s P4P status. His ledger stacked up against Hearns is incredibly weak... I would even say that if PBF fought the quality fighters that Hearns ALWAYS fought, there would be no more O attached to PBF,s record ...

Sorry I don,t see PBF is SRL,s league period... SRL was much faster in combination and I mean punching with power. Trying to use SRL as a measuring stick for Floyd against Hearns doens,t make sense. Two compltely different fighters... SRL would have hurt PBF too...

Hearns was an ATG fighting other ATG fighters and winning the majority of them while Floyd has been padding his record with lower league opposition, especially in recent times. Floyd would be lucky to make it to the final bell.
The biggest tragedy in boxing at present is that people are willing to pay to watch Floyd pitter-pat his way to victory instead of boycotting his fights until he faces some live opposition. As far as I'm concerned Mayweather is short changing boxing fans with his cherry picking ways.

Great factual post ... And the reality is Floyd would never have signed for the likes of Duran,Pryor,Hearns or SRL... FACT ...

I disagree. Floyd would be unable to defend sucessfully against Hearns because he would be facing a guy who is very good cutting the ring off and with Hearn's outworldly reach there is simply nowhere Floyd can run.

Hearns' bombs would be all over Floyd, just like Castillo did in their first bout (and yep, I think that Floyd lost that fight and was handed a gift by the judges).
