Spinks whoops Byrds ass. Bowes just had his cup check smashed too much. Funny comments since it's usually uninformed fans or haters that spout this.

this is the first interview i've watched of Byrd.

Has Byrd forgotten what Ibeabuchi did to him?

Tyson would have KOd Byrd in 2 rounds.

Bowe is just a broke ass hobo looking for a paycheque.

Byrd always came across conceited, like a heavyweight Sugar Ray Leonard. And Bowe is the only guy that makes George Foreman sound like an honor roll student.

I find it strange that Byrd was almost accusing Tyson of ducking Wladmir and Vitali

Yes they were active around the same time, but they were going in totally opposite directions.

And i think Byrd is forgetting that had Tyson got past Williams, he was scheduled to fight Vitali next.

And just after Tyson was stopped by Lewis, Wladmir was stopped by Sanders.

Yeah that is odd. Not sure why he's being that way. Quite the modest type, Byrd is. Trying to bolster his own place in history is my guess.

What hes really trying to say is Wladmir is great (only because he kicked my ass) and is trying to bolster his 'win' over Vitali as being better than anything Tyson did.

Basically yes it is, but they might still surpass him, in terms of best single win.

Tyson and Byrd would be something like Tyson-Tubbs, Tyson-Mathis and Ibeabhuchi-Byrd

Tyson would time and catch Byrd with a huge uppercut sooner or later and then its goodnight Irene

But greatness isnt based on one win, its based on a legacy and Tysons legacy and overall career was better than both in my opinion.

Outside the Holyfield wins, Bowe did bugger all.

He sounds like a hater, and i find it funny when Byrd talks about era's and points at Bowe as if he was something special.

In probably the second golden of heavyweights Bowe fought 2 relevant heavyweights, Holyfield and Golota.

Bowe missed out on Holmes, Foreman, Tyson, Lewis, Ruddock, Mercer, Morrison to name a few. Thats too many names

I dont rate people who just turn up score one (or two) legendary wins and then fade into obscurity, Bowe being the perfect example.

If Khan beats Mayweather in May, does that make him an ATG?

No, you cant leapfrog other guys just by courtesy of one special win.
