Pacquiao will win

1. Styles. Mayweather struggles with intense pressure fights. Maidana I, Castillo I, DLH, Cotto. When you look at the rounds he's lost big, he loses them due to his opponents being active enough to cause Mayweather to shut down his offence.

2. Psychology. Mayweather is scared shitless of Pacquiao. Even if his fear is irrational, anything psychological is going to have an effect physically. Mayweather may have difficulties performing on the night.

3. Current form. Pacquiao looked better in his last fight than Mayweather did.

 

If the fight is on the level & held anywhere BUT Vegas Manny Paquaio would kick that cowardly ass. In Vegas you have Xylocaine, biased judges, Referee whos main job is to protect Floyd from being bullied & roughed up. A commission that will grant Floyds every ludicrous condition.. In other words a set up An almost impossible task for Paquaio

 

That's the main reason why Mayweather is always saying Pacquaio needs to sign with TMT. Not to just make the fight, but rig it in his favor
