Theres nobody and i mean NOBODY Mayweather can fight to do better numbers expect for Pacquiao which it sounds like from the way he gets butt hurt when Ellbere or his pops talks about a Pac fight happening. SO does this guy actually think he can compete with Cotto-Canelo with a Khan fight?? and lets say it isnt him. anybody think Mayweather-Garcia can compare?? that might be closer then the Khan fight but it still cant.

Canelo is the most popular Mexican in boxing today and is damn good. he had alot of love for years but has more now taking the trout fight and the Lara fight! Boxing fans give him the mad respect he derserves. some mexicans got butt hurt the way he lost to Mayweather but Canelo is the man. MEXICANS have also got tired of not seeing a Mexican fight on these holidays! most of the time they keep it cool and order up anyways because thats how you start a party. but Canelo fighting on a mexican holiday...ITS A WRAP!!

Then you add Cotto who young and older boxing fans know. always fan friendly fights and just beat the living crap out of Martinez who mexicans knew from s****ng Chavez. Mexican-Puerto Rican riviarly on a mexican holiday!

Man Mayweather would be a FOOL to go against and Showtime will tell his A$$ too! they'll advise him to not do it because it will take away from there money big time!! You're right, only Floyd-Pac numbers outdo Cotto-Canelo numbers but, the things is, Floyd knows that and he doesn't care. Unfortunately he is saying I am willing to take a loss to keep my dates, and saying, are you? He is daring Cotto-Canelo to a game of chicken where the best case scenario for him is that they get out his way, and at worse they all take a loss. The only question is, is Floyd bluffing, I hope so, but with his hugely spoiled childish ego and deep pockets, chances are he is willing to take a loss to prove a point, and it's boxing fans that lose.

His ego will take a MAJOR hit when he will realize he finished 2nd in terms of numbers after he fights the same night than Cotto-Canelo. Only a fight with Pacquiao can be profitable at this point if he fights that night. Hope he will be hiding after the catastrophic numbers it will bring to the table so the boxing world can get rid off this joke forever. It will be a good dose of humble pie

 

Swift seems most likely. Unless Marquez might be interested, but he'd get a nicer check in a Pacquiao 5th meeting. Then he can go challenge Brook afterwards. Aside from making demand after demand for his opponents, then giving fans options A-C on who he should when fans really want option D, it's hard to be a fan of this guy.(Floyd)
